UWC International Office staff

The UWC International Office staff attending the event will be on hand to; deliver sessions along with the main conference facilitators, engage in discussions, answer any questions from a UWC International perspective and of course, ensure the conference's smooth running.

Sope Adekola

School and College Support and Development Officer

Sope has worked in international development, mostly with young people, in Burundi and the South of Italy, focusing on resource development, capacity building and youth development. Her most recent role, before joining UWC International, was working on the DFID funded International Citizens Service (ICS) programme which sends 18-25 year olds to developing communities around the world to assist grass-root organisations.

Sope is the main organiser of this highly-anticipated event, and she is looking forward to the learning and collaboration which will flourish over the few days and beyond. Sope is certain that we will all leave with renewed energy to continue delivering on UWC's mission via short courses.
